I love picking bouquets from Sauvie Island

Flight of the swifts, every year they fly to Portland and live for about 2 1/2 weeks inside an old chimney at Chapman School.

At dawn they leave the chimney at dusk they fly back in.
It was neat to watch, it took about 45 minutes for all of them to fly into the chimney. Right at the sunset they were all gone.
